Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the email box you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
